Anindita Chowdhury is the Founder and Managing Partner at Vestara (formerly USILAW), one of the country’s leading corporate immigration law firms. With more than three decades of practice across U.S. and global immigration law, Anindita brings exceptional depth across employment-based immigration, PERM labor certification, I-9 compliance, and global mobility strategy.

Anindita has created and implemented multi-modal and cost-efficient delivery of immigration solutions and services. She has also been at the forefront of using technology to deliver efficiency and cost savings through On-line Portals and the implementation of Electronic Process and Procedure Structures. She has traveled to several U.S. Consulates around the world to represent clients and frequently conducts seminars for companies and immigration symposiums.
