DescriptionWinning an RFP is only the beginning. The implementation and onboarding phase is where even the strongest provider selections can succeed—or fail. This interactive session focuses on post-RFP execution, highlighting the critical elements required to successfully onboard a new service provider and realize the value envisioned during the RFP process. Speakers will share leading practices for transitioning from contract to delivery, aligning stakeholders, establishing governance, and integrating technology and processes. The session features interactive, real-world case studies submitted by attendees prior to the event. For each case, speakers will first discuss how they would have approached the situation, then reveal what happened, prompting candid discussion around risks, tradeoffs, and lessons learned.
